Over the moon to be awarded third prize in the Bridport this year with short story 'Looking for Light in the Cingulate Cortex...' The FISH Short Story Prize, 2016

I was thrilled to hear that the short story 'Conceptual' has been awarded third prize and was included in the FISH Anthology 2016. Thank you to judge Kevin Barry for noticing this piece. I enjoyed the Cork Literary Fesstival and meeting the FISH team and other winners in West Cork. The FISH Anthology is available form the FISH website, or you can read Conceptual here.

The Bridport Prize, 2015

Short story writers dream of being included in the Bridport Anthology and with over 4,500 entries my luck was in with the short story 'Beyond the Blind'. I throughly enjoyed my trip to Bridport to receive the Highly Commended award from judge Jan Rogers, thank you! Another of my short stories was also Highly Commended by Bridport this year.
